The line-up
The hotel lists 349 units in the provincial tourism listing — 312 rooms and 37 suites. Wikipedia's French article gives 350; the hotel's own pages give no total. What the hotel does publish is the shape of each category.
| Category | Beds | Layout | Page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Classic room | Two queen | One room | Classic |
| Deluxe room | One king | One room, dressing table at the entrance | Deluxe |
| Junior suite | One king + sofa-bed | Bedroom and separate sitting room | Junior suite |
| Murphy suite | Foldaway queen + sofa-bed | Open plan with dining table | Murphy suite |
| One-bedroom suite | Not itemised | Murphy suite features + a classic room | One-bedroom suite |
| Executive levels | By room type | Top three floors, dedicated elevator | Executive levels |
What every room has
The hotel groups its in-room list under three headings, and it applies to every category:
- Comfort: air conditioning and heating you control yourself, bathrobes and slippers, hypoallergenic feather pillows, a 47-inch flat-screen television and a desk with an ergonomic chair.
- Peace of mind: doors that lock automatically and double-lock, electronic locks with a secondary mechanism, an emergency call button on the telephone and an electronic room safe.
- Convenience: free Wi-Fi, Crabtree & Evelyn bath products, a mini refrigerator, complimentary coffee and tea, an iron and board, a hair dryer, two double-line phones with voicemail, and newspapers and magazines through the PressReader app.
Views
The hotel's wording is general: the rooms look over Lac Leamy, Lac de la Carrière and the surrounding area. It does not sell a "lake view" category, and the Google Maps card shows why — the building stands on a point with water on more than one side, and some windows face the access road and the casino instead. If the view matters, put it in your request; our desk asks the hotel to note it, though no one can promise it before check-in.
What is not published
- Room and suite sizes in square feet or metres.
- Which categories are adapted for guests with reduced mobility. The building is accessible and the hotel is in the Kéroul accessibility listing; see accessibility for what we could confirm.
- Bed brands, soundproofing, or quiet floors.
- Room rates. We do not print them; they move daily and depend on the channel.
Practical points
Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. In-room dining runs from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. every day. Service animals and household pets are accepted for a non-refundable $50 fee, up to 34 kg. Bell staff are at the main entrance around the clock.
Choosing between two categories? Tell us how many adults and children, and whether you want to sleep in separate rooms. That alone settles most requests.
