Parking: the three versions

Our reading: outdoor parking is free whichever page you trust. Valet is suspended — the hotel's own page is the more specific and the more recent-sounding of the two. Indoor parking may be free or paid depending on which garage you end up in and on current policy; if you want to park under cover in winter, ask at the desk on arrival rather than assume. The lots are under surveillance, though the operator accepts no liability for theft.

Electric cars

The operator says charging stations are available. Tourisme Outaouais counts two on-site stations and marks them as paid. Neither source gives connector types or power, so do not plan to arrive with an empty battery.

Motorhomes

RVs may park at the casino, but camping on the property is prohibited by municipal law. That rules out sleeping in a camper in the lot.

Early arrivals have options: the hotel's summer itinerary suggests waiting by the outdoor pool until the room is ready, and the spa opens in the morning. Bell staff will hold luggage.

What to bring

• Original photo ID if you plan to go to the theatre, a bar or any restaurant other than Arôme — all are 18+, and the operator does not accept photocopies or photos of ID on a phone.
• A swimsuit, in any season. The outdoor pool is heated all year.
• Smarter clothes for Aléa, whose dress code turns away caps, hoodies, shorts and sportswear.
• No umbrella or backpack into the casino — they are not allowed; leave them in the room or at the coat check.

By helicopter or coach

The heliport is booked on 819-772-2100 ext. 3636. Coach groups book arrival through the operator's coach line. Both are covered on how to get there.
