Technically the centre has a permanent set-up for simultaneous interpretation, high-speed internet in all meeting rooms, wireless internet across the centre and lobby, sub-floor cabling, a business centre and a Crestron wireless control system.
Catering and the rules
The hotel is the exclusive food and beverage provider. Menus follow the season and the occasion, and the conditions are published in advance, which is not always the case:
- Dietary requirements — vegetarian meals, allergies — one week before the event.
- Menu choices confirmed one month before.
- A deposit of 10% of the estimated cost, minimum $500, on confirmation; the balance one week before the event.
- Prices exclude taxes and gratuities and may change; leftover food and drink cannot be taken away.
- Help with decoration and flowers is available.
Weddings
The hotel assigns wedding organisers who handle the plan end to end — portfolio, room plans, timelines and tastings — with menus that can cover everything from the rehearsal dinner to a family brunch the next day. Site visits are free and without obligation; the wedding line is 819-790-6471. For guests, the practical advantages are the free outdoor parking, the pools for the morning after, and Arôme's Sunday brunch.
Groups and coach parties
The operator's group page covers private events (weddings, proms, anniversaries, birthdays) and corporate ones (team-building, client evenings, holiday parties), with a sales line at 1-819-790-6491 and [email protected]. Coach groups book their arrival through a dedicated page, and three coach companies run regular pick-ups to the casino: McCoy Bus Service from Ontario, Voyages Blainville from Montréal's North Shore, and Expression Voyages from Estrie and Montérégie. Amerispa offers a tailored spa package for ten or more.
