Amerispa publishes only opening times on its page; closing times are given when you book. Amerispa has several centres and runs this one under its own name, with its own phone line and booking page — that is where to go if you need to move an appointment.
What you can book
The menu is grouped into six families: massages (Classic and Signature), facial treatments, advanced aesthetic treatments, manicures and pedicures, body treatments, and treatments for men. A few names recur across the packages: a relaxation massage, an 80-minute therapeutic massage, the Leg Comfort Treatment, the Revitalizing Leg Break, an Essential Facial Treatment, and a Labrador Tea Foaming Exfoliation.

Groups of ten or more can ask for a tailored package, priced on request. Amerispa also runs a 20% discount on Tuesdays for guests aged 60 and over at selected centres, and sells gift certificates from $50 to $250. The weekday column is the cheaper one by $40 to $80, which is a fair argument for a Thursday arrival.
Fitting it into a stay
Check-in is at 4 p.m. and the spa opens in the morning, so the easy rhythm is to arrive around midday, leave bags with the bell staff, take a treatment in the early afternoon and go up to the room afterwards. The hotel's own winter itinerary does the same thing the other way round: Parliament and the canal in the morning, lunch, then "a massage or treatment at Amerispa" and the heated pools at 2 p.m., the room at 4 p.m.
If the theatre is on the same day, leave at least an hour between the end of a treatment and dinner. Arôme seats Dinner & Show guests between 5 and 5:30 p.m.
The hotel lists the Serenity and Indulgence packages on its own offers page too. Booked as a spa package, the water facilities are included; booked as a single 60-minute treatment, they are not.
