Dining

Where to eat in the complex

Six places to eat under one roof, from a lake-view seafood room open at 6:30 a.m. to a deli serving smoked meat until 3:30 a.m. Only one of them, Arôme, admits guests under 18.

Arôme — the hotel's own room

Seafood and grill on Level A of the hotel, overlooking Lac de la Carrière. It serves every day from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.: a hot-and-cold breakfast buffet, lunch from the menu or a soup, salad and dessert buffet, dinner, and a Sunday brunch the operator calls famous. In summer the patio, which the operator ranks among the best in the region, takes breakfast and lunch.

Reservations: 819-790-6410, toll-free 1-866-488-7888, or online for one to seven people. Tables are held for two hours from the reservation time. Arôme is the only restaurant in the complex open to all ages.

Arôme's autumn menus

Two dated offers were running on 29 October 2026. The Experience menu: three courses every Monday from 5 p.m. at $65, from 14 September to 16 November. L'Outaouais au menu: a three-course dinner of local produce at $79, Thursday to Saturday from 5 p.m., 29 October to 14 November. Neither can be combined with another offer.

Bouquet — new on Level 3

The newest room in the complex, in the casino building on Level 3, with a view of Leamy Lake. The operator describes it as wine, cocktails and food — small bites to shared meals from a locally sourced menu that changes with the seasons — and lists its opening as 18 November. Hours from then: Wednesday and Thursday 5 to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. (the closing time is misprinted on the page). Thursday evenings run as "5 till late" with a DJ in the bar area. There is a private dining room. Until 23 December, Wednesdays bring a cheese and charcuterie board with a glass of wine for $30. Reservations 819-772-6201. 18+.

Banco Bistro — the casual one

Level 3 of the casino, "just steps from the casino floor": rotisserie classics, pizzas and grilled steaks, described by the operator as budget-friendly. New hours: closed Monday and Tuesday; Wednesday and Thursday 4:30–10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 11:30 a.m. to midnight; Sunday 11:30 a.m.–10 p.m. No reservations on Friday and Saturday from 5 to 8:15 p.m. — walk-ins only. Phone 819-772-6220. 18+.

L'Instant — late and quick

Deli and pasta on Level 1 of the casino. Breakfasts, burgers, club sandwiches and Montréal smoked meat; a pasta bar with house sauces and a salad bar with proteins. It is the latest kitchen in the complex:

Breakfast runs until 11 a.m. from Friday to Sunday. After 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays there is a $10 smoked-meat poutine. On Mondays until 16 November, a pasta dish with a glass of wine is $20 from 11 a.m. 18+.

TGV — by the pool, summer only

Sandwiches, pizza and drinks at the pool. Currently "Closed. We'll be back next summer."

In-room dining

Every day from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Useful for families, since everything apart from Arôme is 18+, and for Murphy-suite guests with a dining table.

What is no longer listed

Le Baccara, the complex's former fine-dining restaurant, does not appear on the operator's restaurant list and its old page no longer loads. We have found no closure announcement, so we simply do not list it. If you remember it from a past stay, Arôme and Bouquet are the current dinner rooms.

Taxes and gratuities are extra everywhere; Arôme, Banco and Bouquet add 15% for parties of eight or more. Menus on the operator's site may differ from those in the restaurant.
