The bus operator on this side of the river is the Société de transport de l'Outaouais, the STO. Its Rapibus is a dedicated bus corridor through Gatineau, opened in October 2013 according to Wikipedia, and the operator's own page for the complex says it connects to downtown Ottawa. The STO site lists four Rapibus routes — 100, 200, 400 and 800 — and a trip planner called Planibus.
The stop name needs care. Loto-Québec's visit page names Station Lac-Leamy as the stop for the complex. Wikipedia's Rapibus article lists two different stations: one called Casino, "located at the Casino du Lac-Leamy", and one called Lac-Leamy, west of the Gatineau River. Your trip planner will choose; just do not be surprised if the name on your screen is not the one in the hotel's directions.
From the airport, Ottawa's O-Train Line 4 leaves from the north end of Level 3 of the terminal, between 6 a.m. and midnight, and runs to South Keys. Fares are paid at the gates by ticket, Presto card, debit card or phone. You then change towards the river. With bags, a taxi from the Level 1 rank, about 25 minutes by the hotel's figure, is usually worth it.
On foot, the ByWard Market is 4.1 km from the hotel and Parliament 6.4 km, both by the hotel's count. Walking routes are linked on how to get there; in good weather it is a fine way back after lunch in the market.
A practical point for the return: the hotel's bell staff are at the main entrance around the clock, so arriving back late by bus or taxi is not a problem.
